Server logs
Like every website, this site is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers may record standard technical data (IP address, time of access, requested page, browser type) in server logs for security and operational purposes. The site links to the course platform Maven and to external sources cited in the guides. Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that site applies. Maven’s privacy policy is available on maven.com.
If you contact the author by email, your message and address are used only to respond to you and are handled under the applicable law-firm confidentiality and data-protection rules.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and comparable laws you have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because this site stores no personal data about visitors, most of these rights will in practice have nothing to act upon — but they exist, and you can exercise them via the contact details on the imprint.
